Return Policy



If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging. The return conditions apply to all items purchased at xplus1.com.au  and proof of purchase must be presented when making your return request, within the return period.  Xplus1 will provide a refund to the original payment method, and you can re-purchase your desired product(s). There is no option to exchange.

To return an item simply email returns@xplus1.com.au with your order information and a return form will be provided via email. All orders and returns are dispatched from our warehouse in Victoria, Australia.

Important things to be aware of:

  • Please note that the cost of return postage falls to the customer.
  • You can expect to receive your refund within 5 business days of posting your item(s) back to us.
  • All items must be returned ‘as-new’ in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in original packaging.
  • Returns policy covers the return of full-priced items within Australia only; we’re not able to offer  return shipping for orders outside of Australia.
  • Xplus1 is not able to offer refunds for costs incurred by returning garments nor taxes incurred for the shipping of replacements. All returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date.
  • Xplus1 does not accept liability for any returns sent back without prior approval.
  • Xplus1 recommends you check all of your  items thoroughly when first received. If the item is unworn and re-sellable it may be returned within 30 days for a refund in the same form as original payment..
  • Worn, damaged or altered apparel cannot be refunded. This includes deodorant, moisturiser, makeup, or fake tan marks.
  • Apparel without a proof of purchase may not be returned and refunded.
  • If the product is faulty, xplus1 will meet its obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy in terms of a refund, exchange, or credit. If you have a warranty concern, please email us at info@xplus1.com.au
  • Please ensure you have assessed your purchased items within 24hours of delivery and notified us of any concerns within this timeframe. Should you notify us of any issues outside of this timeframe, we will be unable to process your request. Please note, this also includes any incorrect or missing items from your order.
  • We do not accept returns on socks, neck warmers, gift cards, or final sale items as listed on the product pages.
All orders and returns are dispatched from our warehouse in Victoria, Australia.


Warranty Policy

 

 All goods supplied by Xplus1 are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. If an item has failed and you believe it to be a claimable warranty please email us at info@xplus1.com.au to begin a claim.

Please note that we endeavour to resolve warranty assessment in a timely manner, however due to the complexity of some products it might need to be returned to the distributor and in some cases the manufacturer for assessment. Once the details have been approved for warranty, Xplus1 will supply a prepaid mailing label to cover the cost of the warranty return. Please pack your items properly to minimise the risk of them being damaged in transit. You will receive an email notification once we receive the product.

Outcome of the Warranty Assessment. 
If the product is found to be defective and under warranty, Xplus1 will do the following:
  • The products will either be repaired or
  • The product will be replaced or
  • The product purchase price will be refunded if it cannot be repaired or replaced with a similar product.
  • Xplus1 will be responsible for any and all reasonable freight costs in returning your product.
  • Product found not to be defective or covered by the Warranty:
  • You will be notified of this outcome after the assessment via email.
  • The product can be returned to you at your expense
  • Unclaimed items will be stored for 90 days and will be disposed of if not collected.
  • Due to health and safety regulations, we request all used products to be cleaned prior to being returned. Clothing needs to be washed before it is returned.
